Designed with simplicity and affordability in mind, my Ease the Overwhelm coaching packages provide one-on-one coaching and more. Each package includes:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions (50 minutes each), tailored to address your specific needs. Schedule sessions when convenient for you; weekly or bi-weekly is recommended.

  • Weekly text check-ins: Receive customized support, whether you need accountability, encouragement, or a quick check-in on your progress.

4-Session Package: $320

8-Session Package: $560

Single Sessions: $90/each

In my self-compassion-centric approach to goal & habit achievement, you’ll begin by setting a meaningful goal. Together, we’ll develop a strategy, getting very realistic about the actions that work well in your life. As you embark on your journey towards consistency, I’ll provide support in the form of gentle accountability, troubleshooting obstacles, and celebrating with you.
